The Model 4003 TLP+™ Pulse Curve Tracer precisely characterized the ESD robustness of silicon chip protection circuitry.  This system produces pulse widths of 75ns to 150ns standard; with 500ns option available.

Model 4012 VFTLP+™

Very Fast Transmission Line Pulser for CDM

The Model 4012 VFTLP+™ test system is used for design development of CDM type threats.

This system produces pulses of 1, 2, 5, 10ns with a risetime of 100ps that can be slowed to 200 and 400ps.

Model 4702 HMM+™

50 Ohm Pulse Test System

The Model 4702 HMM+™ test system is used to eliminate the common problems that are found with gun testing.

This system has a pulse voltage range of 100-8,000 volts that is the (Equivalent IEC Gun Discharge Voltage) and has a risetime of 700-800ps with peaks of 30ns and 60ns.

In 1997, Barth test equipment engineers developed the first commercial Transmission Line Pulser (TLP) for the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) industry, using unique technology developed for high speed, high voltage test equipment.
