Enter all information requested, check the box at the bottom, and click the blue “Sign Up” button on the lower left-hand corner.
NOTE: Do NOT use your e-mail address as your username.
A pricing plan options displays next, click the “Free Plan option” on the left.
From here, you are automatically be redirected to the main lobby of the virtual exhibit hall.
NOTE: At any time, you may click the ESD Association logo in the top left-hand corner to redirect yourself to the main lobby of the virtual exhibit hall.
Optional-your account can be customized by clicking the settings gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and select My Account. This is also where you can change your login credentials.

How do I access the Ez-Xpo platform during the exhibit hall hours?
Access your account and connect with exhibitors:
Step 1: Go to https://ezxpo.net/eosesd-symp-exhibits and click “Sign in”
Step 2: Enter your username and password
Step 3: Click “Exhibit Hall” from the top menu bar
Step 4: Search and connect with Exhibitors!
How do I see what companies are participating in the virtual exhibit hall?
- Click Exhibitor on the bottom of the main lobby for a complete alphabetical listing.
- Scroll through the categories on the top of the screen by clicking Exhibit Hall.
**Note: A platform limitation – all exhibitors do not display on the hall page at one time. Make sure you view all exhibitors by using the Exhibitor button above.
How does the chat function work within the exhibit booths?
If a chat function is setup by the exhibitor, the eZ Chat icon appears in the virtual booth. To chat with the exhibitor click the eZ Chat icon for either a text chat or a video chat.
What is the Networking Lounge and how does it work?
The Networking Lounge is an alternate way to utilize the platform’s chat capabilities. The Networking lounge allows all attendees and exhibitors to chat with each other in a group setting.
You have access to the Networking Lounge during the event by clicking Networking Lounge at the top of the page. To see who is in the Networking Lounge, open the group chat on the right-hand side, click the 3 dots in the right-hand corner, and click the Member List. This will let you know who is in the networking lounge. To send a message either individually or to a group click “Member List”, find the person you want to message, click their name followed by Conversation to begin the chat.
